We sometimes run short of superlatives when trying to describe the musical giant Herbie Hancock, who turns 70 this year... Recipient of the 1997 Miles-Davis Award, a guru to an entire generation of pianists, one of the greatest names in jazz over the past several decades, he has left his imprint on a galaxy of styles. The musical icon presents The Imagine Project, a new album recorded in such cities as Mumbai, London, Paris and Sao Paulo with a dozen artists from the four corners of the world. A concert without boundaries, with among others guitarist Lionel Loueke and drummer Vinnie Colaiuta.
