Jonathan Moorman, plays music ranging from Celtic jigs to gypsy
tunes, French bourrées to Arabic, Klezmer and bluegrass. He
has played with the African group Dakan, the folk dance troupe Reel
& Macadam (of which he is the musical director) and the Jewish
folk-rock group Stotland Yard.
Thursday, March 20, 12:10 to 12:50 – Holy
Thursday Easter Concert at the Piano Nobile

Charles Goulet in 1928, includes about thirty amateur members.
Since 2001, it has been directed by Lucie Roy, who
is also the musical director of the vocal group Modulation, who
appeared earlier this year at LES
MÉLODÎNES. For eighty years, the choir has
performed with some of the world’s greatest singers and
conductors. It has also recorded over fifteen albums. As a
celebration of Easter on Holy Thursday, the choir is performing the
splendid Lux Aeterna by Morten Lauridsen, as well as
Ave verum corpus de Imant Raminsh et Christus
factus de Anton Bruckner who will be sung A cappella.

Marc-Antoine d’Aragon has starred in numerous operatic
productions. He recently performed the title role in
Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi with the McGill
Symphony Orchestra. Francis Perron has pursued his career as a
chamber musician and accompanist in both North America and Europe.
