Places pre and in limited quantities are planned for this purpose
in each of our venues. These tickets are only available by
phone at 514 842-2112 or toll free at 1 866 842-2112
or in person at
our box office and not through our website. When
purchasing your tickets, we ask you to refer the case of an
electric wheelchair or not necessary because the space needed is
different.
Assistance for persons with reduced
mobility
During the shows, a member of the reception staff is
specifically designated to assist persons with reduced mobility.
Customers who require assistance must report to the main security
desk.
Aids for the hearing impaired
Every Hall is equipped with an audio system that
enables hearing-impaired spectators to tune their digital receivers
into the frequency of the system in order to receive the signal of
the show. Members of the audience wishing to avail themselves of
this service must bring their own digital receivers.

Parking for people with reduced
mobility
Drivers with reduced mobility who have a disabled
parking sticker can access a reserved section of the Place des Arts
parking lot, whose entrance is on Saint-Urbain Street.
Drop-off zone for people with reduced
mobility
For people with reduced mobility, special needs
services, and taxis, a drop-off zone has been temporarily set up on
Saint-Urbain Street, due to the closing of the underground
passage.
Booster seats for children
Place des Arts has 400 booster seats for children. The
seats are kept in the Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier cloakroom and are
transferred when required.
