André
Provencher, ASC, is President and General Director of the
Fonds capital culture Québec. He was previously the
president and founder of La Presse Télé,
Éditions La Presse, and Éditions Gesca. Before
joining Gesca, he worked in the field of television for a number of
years, notably as Senior Vice-President of Groupe TVA, as well as
for Radio-Québec and Cogeco. He was the Chairman of the
board of directors of the Association des producteurs de films et
de télévision du Québec, and he currently sits
on the board of directors of Alliance Vivafilm. He was also a
member of the board of directors of TV5, the Canadian Television
Fund, and the Canadian Association of French-language Broadcasters.
He has also served on the boards of various charitable
organizations, such as The Québec Lung Association, the
Marie-Soleil Tougas Foundation, and Opération
Enfants-Soleil. |

Denis Piché, ASC, is Vice-President
and Associate Portfolio Manager with RBC Dominion Securities. He is
a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute. He has held various
positions on numerous boards of directors, including those of the
Heart and Stroke Foundation (Des Moulins region), the
Fédération des clubs des initiés du
Québec, and the Cité de la Santé de Laval. He
is a member of the board of directors of Laval Technopole and of
the Société de la Place des Arts de
Montréal.

Pierre Monette, CA, is Vice-President for the
Montréal region at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton. He is a
member of several professional associations including the Canadian
Tax Foundation and the Association québécoise de
planification fiscale et successorale. He was a teacher, in
addition to being a guest lecturer on subjects relating to
accounting and taxation at numerous organizations. He sat on the
board of directors of the Foundation of Quebec Chartered
Accountants, on the Ordre des comptables agréés du
Québec’s Taxation Committee, and currently sits on the
board of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton. |

Martin Carrier is the
Vice-President and Studio Head of WB Games Montréal. He was
previously the President and Founder of O&O Montréal, a
firm that provided consulting for the development of international
projects in the high technology industry, namely in the new media
and video gaming sectors. He was also Vice-President, Marketing and
Communications, at Bluestreak Technology, and Vice-President,
Communications and Corporate Affairs, at Ubisoft in Paris and in
Montréal. He sits on the board of the Entertainment Software
Association of Canada. |

Sylvie Chagnon is closely involved with the
management of corporate donations at Lallemand Inc. She is a member
of the board of directors of the McCord Museum and the St.
Mary’s Hospital Foundation. She was associated with Les
Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal as a member of the
board of directors and Chair of Les Amis des Grands. She sat on the
board of the Montréal Breast Cancer Foundation and is
Co-founder of the Serenity Program. She has taken an active part in
major fundraising campaigns for these organizations. She
is also a member of the board of directors of the
Société de la Place des Arts de
Montréal.

Hugo Delorme is Director
of Government Relations at National Public Relations. Prior to
joining National, he worked as a consultant for a firm specializing
in public affairs, and served as a political attaché in the
Government of Québec. He is actively involved in a variety
of social, political, and business organizations. He is a member of
the board of directors of the International Institute for
Sustainable Development, and has presided over the Place des Arts
Foundation’s Young Patrons Committee since 2009. |

Marc-André G.
Fabien is a partner at Fasken Martineau where he practices
judiciary law, namely commercial and criminal litigation. He has
pleaded before all levels of courts, including the Supreme Court of
Canada, various administrative courts, and the International Court
of Arbitration for Sport. He has also lectured for the Faculty of
Law at the Université de Montréal, and has written
various articles on environmental law, property assessment, and
corporate criminal liability. He is Vice-President of the board of
directors of the Canadian Paralympic Committee, and a member of the
board of directors of Collège Stanislas.

Éric Gosselin is a
partner in the law firm of McCarthy Tétrault where he
practices corporate and commercial law, including mergers and
acquisitions, and corporate financing. He is a member of the Order
of Agronomists of Québec and its legislation committee. He
sits on the board of directors of Réseau capital as a member
of the Executive Committee, and on the board of Alliance Vivafilm
as Secretary. Very actively involved in the Montréal
community, he sits on various committees for charitable
organizations working in the community and cultural spheres. |

Jean Laurin is
President and CEO of Devencore Investments Inc., with headquarters
in Montréal. He is a member of the World Presidents’
Organization. As part of his strong involvement in his community,
he is a member of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan
Montréal Foundation, a member of the executive committee of
the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital Foundation, a member of the
executive committee of the Université du Québec
à Montréal Foundation, and a member of the board of
directors of Montréal International. He is chairman of the
board of directors of the Société de la Place des
Arts de Montréal. |

Angelo Rindone is
President of Itaca-Direct, a company he founded upon his arrival in
Québec in 1998. The company specializes in importing and
distributing food products. He is also the owner of the restaurants
BU wine bar, Daylight Factory, Caffè della Posta, and Voro.
He is a businessman who is passionate about art and who works in a
variety of ways to share the contemporary culture of his
homeland. |

Louise Sicuro is President and CEO of Culture
pour tous, a non-profit organization that promotes the
democratization of culture. She is the founder of the
Journées de la culture and has been the guiding force behind
the program since its inception in 1997. As a cultural activist,
she is deeply committed to fostering a better understanding of the
importance of providing individuals with broad access to arts and
culture. She is a member of the board of directors of Culture
Montréal, of the Université du Québec à
Montréal and of the Société de la Place des
Arts de Montréal.

Hélène Soulard has
held a number of different positions in the area of public affairs
at Sun Life Financial. She is currently Sun Life’s Director
of Communications and Public Relations. Previously, she worked for
Telus Mobility where she was in charge of media relations and
promotional and corporate activities. She was a member of
Leucan’s Young Governors Committee and a member of the
volunteer communications committee for the Dr. Clown
organization |
